       YS Series  HopperLift for dosage production line


 Principle
This machine is mainly composed of a chassis, upright, lift system, turning system. When work , it can lock the bowl of FL, PGL, GFG and FG with the cone adapter. Start the lift button, bin lifting; turn button, you can turn 180 degrees. Loosen the brake, horizontal rotating column to the process requirements, and bin to working height decreased, then open the valve, so that the material is transfered to the next process.
Features
This machine is designed after our widely absorbing foreign advanced technology and combining the successful researches and specific conditions. The machine has reasonable structure and stable performance, and it has no dead angles and exposed screws, besides, it's also convenient to operate. The machine is equipped with anti misoperation device discharge valve, which makes it safe enough in produciion, and it is easy to dismount and clean. And to control dust and cross pollution effectively, optimize the production process, in full compliance with the GMP requirement of pharmaceutical production.
Application
It's designed to meet GMP standards; 
Integrated with FL, PGL, GFG and FG series of Fluid bed to realize dust-free discharge.
