1. Preface

hundreds of Granulating machines either for China or exported to USA, Japan, Indonesia, Iran and many other countries from YIBU are designed in accordance with the process of raw materials. We have more than 20 different type equipments to meet different needs over decades. These practical experiences will be verybeneficial to customers.
2. Principle
The powder granule in vessel (fluid bed) appears in the state of fluidization. It is preheated and mixed with clean and heated air.
At the same time, the solution of adhesive is sprayed into the container. It makes the particles become granulating that contains
adhesive. Being of unceasing dry through hot air, the moisture in the granulating is evaporated. The process is carried out continuously. Finally it forms ideal, uniform and porous granules.
Features of technology
1.The processes of mixing ,granulating and drying are completed in one step inside the machine.
2.Turn to the Ex-type of Fluidized bed dryer, we set the explosion release vent on the machine. Once the explosion happened, the
machine will release the explosion to outside automatically and safely. So it will make a very safe operation condition for the operator.
3.No dead corner or protruded screws on the whole machine.
4.For the loading material, we have options on vacuum feeder, lifter, negative feeding and manual feeding for customer.
5. PLC is designed to ensure full automatic control. All the operations are automatically finished according to the requirements of the user setting the process parameters; moreover, process parameters can be printed and the original record is true and reliable. In full compliance with the GMP requirement of pharmaceutical production.
6.For the bag filter, we choose anti-static filtering cloth. Except the bag filter, we also have barrel filter on choice.
7.As for the machine cleaning, we have many options for customer to choose.
8.The machine has special air distributed plate and air distributing system which can avoid the material bed collapse and channel-flow during the fluidizing period.
9.The view glass with scrapped knife, this kind of design will let customer see the inside work of drying chamber easily.
