Principle
☆The Double conical rotary vacuum dryer is equipped with the double conical rotary vessel . The middle of equipment is for cylin - drical , both ends for cone . The material feeding port ( main hole ) is at the top of the one of the conical parts , the other conical parts is equipped with the butterfly valve for material discharge . The vessel is divided into three layer ( inner wall , outside wall and the insulation ) the heating medium for the middle jacket can be steam or circulating hot water or conductive oil . The insulation is supper - fine glass wall , energy consumption is very small . the inner wall is for material to be dried . The vessel is under the vacuum during the working , to put the conductive oil or hot water or steam and so on into the jacket for heating . The heat is passed to the wet material through the vessel .

☆Because the vessel is under the vacuum state , the solvent ( water ) in all kinds of material can rapidly vaporized in low temperature under the condition of the vacuum . the rotating of the vessel make the material along with the vessel to make the movement of up - set - down . The mater constantly updated the area where the ma - terial contact with the wall surface . In this way , it takes full use of the wall heat conduction , speeds up the material drying , improve the efficiency of drying , and achieve the purpose of uniform drying .

☆After The Wet materials absorb the heat , the evaporated sol - vent ( water ) is pumped outside by the vacuum pump . It is cooled by the low - temperature condensing system in the midway to achieve the recovery purpose . It can save production cost and improve the working conditions of vacuum pump , also reduced the pollution to the environment .

☆For the lithium iron phosphate,it has high moisture,the state of it changed a lots during the drying .( liquid state - paste state - powder state ), based on our previous double conical rotary vacuum dryer , we newly designed the double conical rotary vacuum dryer for drying the lithium iron phosphate .

☆The inner wall of the vessel is SS304. The two cone - heads are spinning produced , jacketed by Q235A( carbon steel ), The insulation shell adopts SUS304( stainless steel ), all internal and external surface are polished as to be easy to clean it . The material not stick on the wall . at the same time , it is very good to the heat conduction and improve the drying efficiency .

☆The advantage of the vacuum pipe with the buffer vessel and 

☆ Improve the processing technology , to use the large boring machine for processing cylinder shaft on both ends in the whole process after welding , greatly improve the end of the two axis parallelism , and the service life of the rotating joint on both ends .

☆Drive parts : first stage is belt - driven , second stage is spiral reducer ( or stepless transmission ), third stage , the chain type drive make the Dryer around the horizontal axis to do the a low - speed rotation (0 to 8 revolutions per minute ). The equipment has the operation button such as open , stop and point move .

☆In terms of system pressure measurement , in addition to the vacuum pipeline set the vacuum meter display the pressure , also set up a diaphragm vacuum gauge on tanks to reflect the vacuum in the tank , monitoring the contrast between the two , in order to prevent the system from " false vacuum " and cause the accident .

☆The Water ( gas ) pipe has adopted the advanced spray torch technology make the hot water or steam distribute evenly throughout the jacketed space , it can ensure the uniformity of heating , solved the problem half hot and half cold IV f for the double conical rotary vacuum dryer with long time and improve work efficiency .
