ZPD Series Vacuum Harrow Dryer Specially designed for the Battery Material adopts the vacuum technology to dry the material . In the Vacuum state , the water ' s boiling point depression which will be helpful to water evaporation and protect the material quality .
For specialized design , client can choose steam / hot water / thermal oil as heating media ; During drying process , the drying chamber ' s maintain a certain vacuum degree .
After filtered , the moisture will be vented to outside .
Meanwhile , the shaft and paddle can be heated at the same time if customer needed it .

1. Widely applicable for quick drying . Because the harrow Vacuum Dryer has jacket that the heating medium will flow into jacket so the dryer has big drying area .
2. To increase the drying efficiency , YIBU design the special crushing device . During drying process , the crushing device will break the caking material to powder ; Combined with the magnetic filtration technology , the output product will more purity .
3. Under the vacuum state , the boiling point of the water and solvent is reduced . Therefore it is suitable for most of materials with different properties and states . Particularly it is suitable for material that is easy to explode and oxidize .
4. Low energy consumption . With patented design , YIBU can ensure that the temperature of the outside surface of the dryer is 25-35°ºC; It will reduce the heating dissipation .
